摘要
本文讨论了实时视频压缩编码器的设计与实现,提出了一种DSP加运动协处理器的系统结构,给出了用单象素精度运动估计器实现1/2精度运动估计的方法,并列出了系统可实现的性能指标。
A new architecture for design and implementation of real-time video compressing codec is discussed in this paper. The system consists of digital signal processor and motion estimation coprocessor . A method which can be used to ~ 1/2 pixel precise motion vector by a integral pixel motion estimator is researched.This platform supports video capture, scale, video coding, video decoding, two windows display and interface for communication channel.
