On the Construction of Evaluation System in the Cultural-quality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

构建高职文化素质评价体系,是提高文化素质教育的系统性、针对性和有效性的重要保障。文章阐述了构建文化素质评价体系的必要性和可行性,文化素质教育评价的原则,并从学校、院系及学生三个层面设计了高职院校文化素质教育评价指标体系。

It is a systematic, targeted and effective important guarantee for enhancing the cultural-quality education to construct the cultural-quality evaluation system in higher vocational and technical colleges. The paper elaborates the necessity ＆ possibility on constructing a cultural-quality evaluation system and the principles of cultural-quality education evaluation, while designs the index system of cultural-quality education evaluation in vocational and technical colleges from the perspectives of colleges, faculties and students at three levels.
