摘要
矢量网络分析仪是测试微波射频器件的专用仪器,在无线电测试领域应用非常广泛。为了提高测试效率,节省产品成本,构建自动化的测试系统成为必需。以通用的计算机为核心,使用LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件控制矢量网络分析仪,从而实现自动化的测试测量。构建虚拟仪器测试测量系统,关键在于软件的设计。本文主要介绍了微波射频器件自动化测试系统的结构组成、软件设计及软件的运行。通过现场测试波导器件表明软件运行良好,测试数据可靠,自动化程度高。
The vector network analyzer is the special instrument that tests microwave and radio frequency devices, its application is very extensive in the wireless measurement field. For raising test efficiency and saving product cost, it's necessary to set up the automatic test system. We control the vector network analyzer by general computer and LabVIEW virtual instruments software, and realize automatic measurement. The software design is vital to construct vital instruments system. The paper mainly introduces the architecture, software design of microwave and radio frequency devices automatic measurement system, and the software running. By testing waveguide de vices, the software is good, the test data is dependable, and the automatic degree is deep.
