摘要
我国热钱流出的速度之快出人意料。热钱的快速流出,必然会存在金融风险的隐患,金融风险的累积又会对我国金融安全构成威胁,从而削弱我国经济发展的后劲。因此我们必须不断完善金融体系,适度进行金融改革,建立资本流动监测和预警机制系统,加大反洗钱工作的力度,加强对外资企业的外汇流向监管。
It is out of our expectation that hot money outflows so fast in the past months, which brings the hidden danger in financial risks, and the accumulated fianacial risks threaten China＇ s financial security, the reserve strength of China＇ s economic development weakens. Therefore the completeness of finance system and the financial reform should be taken into great consideration, the supervision and early warning system of capital flow should be established, and the supervision of foreign exchange flow of foreign - funded enterprises should be strengthened.
