聚醚改性有机硅表面活性剂的制备及其有机硅乳液的性能 被引量:23

摘要 以含氢硅油(PHMS)、烯丙基聚醚(PE)为原料,氯铂酸-异丙醇为催化剂制备聚醚改性有机硅(PMS)表面活性剂;考察了其对不同黏度二甲基硅油(PDMS)的乳化性能;并利用红外光谱、全自动界面张力仪等对其进行表征。通过正交试验确定合成的较佳条件为:m(PE)/m(PHMS)=1、90℃反应5h、催化剂用量(Pt)2.0×10^-3%,该条件下PHMS的反应转化率高达93.5%。PMS的临界胶束浓度(CMC)为8.5×10^-6mol/L,表面张力γCMC为29.5mN/m,对二甲基硅油具有优良的乳化作用。所制有机硅乳液(SAF)对十二烷基磺酸钠起泡体系具有良好的消抑泡性能,且在10-90℃温度范围、酸碱条件下,均可持续保持消抑泡活性。 Polyether modified silicon surfactant (PMS) was prepared using allyl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether (PE) and (PHMS) as raw material and H2PtC16-isopropyl alchol as catalyst. It's emulsifying capacity to polydimethyl silicone(PDMS) of different viscosity was studied, and the properties of PMS was characterized through FT-IR spec troscopy and automatic interracial tension tester. The optimal experimental condition of synthesizing PMS was obtained through orthogonal test, just as follows: m(PE)/m(PHMS)=1 at 90℃ for 5h, the dosage of catalyst (mass of Pt) was just 2.0×10 ^-3%. Under such circumstances, PHMS conversion reach 93. 5%. It is also found that the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of PMS was 8.5 × 10^-6mol/L and its surface tension was 29.5 mN/m at CMC, indicating good emulsifying capacity for PDMS. Furthermore, the resultant organosilicone emulsion (SAF) was endowed with excellent defoaming and foam suppression properties to sodium dodecyl sulfonate foamer system, which can be maintained under different acid-- base condition and different temperature (10- 90℃ ).
