摘要
针对兰钢70吨超高功率直流电弧炉炼钢过程计算机集散控制系统这一实际背景,侧重于对电弧炉过程级控制进行比较详细的研究,借助于所建立的仿真研究环境可以比较方便地对超高功率直流电弧炉炼钢过程级控制进行建模和控制方法的研究.为一些现代控制方法在实际生产过程中的应用提供了一定的依据和可行性条件.该仿真环境不仅对超高功率直流电弧炉炼钢过程级控制具有指导意义,而且对其他具有间歇生产过程的控制也有一定的参考价值.
This paper focuses on the practical background of LanZhou Steel Corporation's 70t UHP DC EAF's distributed process computer control system ,sets up a simulation environment for its modeling and controlling,lays particular emphasis on the research of its process level control ,and provides certain basis and practicability for some modern control strategies' application in practical production processes. This simulation environment not only has instructive value to UHP DC EAF's steelmaking process level control,but also has reference value to other intermittent processes' control.
