摘要
采用有机溶剂浸提法对西瓜中番茄红素的提取工艺进行筛选,结果表明使用氯仿丙酮混合液(比例为2∶1)提取效果较好,提取的最佳条件为提取剂与物料之比6∶1,时间110min,温度35℃。
The procedure of extracting lycopene from watermelon with organic solvent was studied.The optimal extracting solvent is acetone-chloroform and the extracting conditions are extracting solvent to watermelon ratio is 6∶1,temperature is 35℃,extract time are 110min.
