摘要
经济体制转型以来,我国非公经济快速发展,吸纳的就业人口迅速增加,社会劳资关系日益普遍化。在此过程中,劳资利益矛盾一直没有引起人们的重视,导致劳资矛盾已经发展到相当尖锐的程度,成为诱发社会矛盾和冲突的主要根源之一。本文从我国劳资关系的形成演变入手,对劳资关系恶化的表现与原因进行分析,并对建立新型的劳资两利关系提出了政策建议。
The reform of China's economic system has witnessed the rapid development of nonpublicly owned economy and an increased employment as a result of this development. Consequently, labor relations become a widespread issue. However, this has not received due attention until the labor-management conflicts have intenisfied to such an degree that they have posed one of the major trigers of social turmoils. The paper starts with a description of the rise and evolution of the labor relations to illustrate how the issue has become deteriorated followed by an attribution analysis, Suggestions for policy making aimed at establishing a new type of labor relations of mutual benefits are proposed.
