摘要
现代企业通过运用价值链管理方法培育和发展企业的核心竞争力,使其在激烈的市场竞争中获得竞争优势。基于价值链优化的视角,结合装备工业的特点,提出装备工业管理绩效评价指标体系的评价原则,构建基于价值链优化的装备工业管理绩效评价的指标体系,运用模糊综合评价模型对黑龙江省装备工业管理绩效进行评价,从理论和实践的结合上论证评价指标体系的科学性和有效性。
Abstract： Modern enterprises foster and develop the key competitiveness of enterprises by using the value chain management method to obtain the competitive advantage in fierce market competition. On the basis of value chain optimization, and considering the characteristics of equipment industry, this paper raises the appraising principle of management performance evaluation index system of equipment industry based on value chain optimization. With the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to appraise the management performance of equipment industry in Heilongjiang Province, it verifies this scientific and valid evaluation index system from in both theory and practice.
