The Strategies of Improving Chinese Enterprise Social Responsibility

从我国企业社会责任的现状出发,参照SA8000国际标准,分析我国企业在承担社会责任方面存在的诸多问题及其产生的深刻原因,并提出尽快改变我国企业社会责任不良现状的对策及建议,使企业在取得合法利益的同时积极承担社会责任,以适应现代企业发展的需要。

With regard to Chinese enterprise social responsibility and the international standard of SASO00, this paper analyzes the existing problems and raises some suggestions of improvement. The enterprises need protect their legal right and benefit while undertaking the corresponding social responsibility during the development.
