摘要
地震后灾区学校重建不是简单的修补与复原,而是在原有基础上的优化与升级,在反思基础上的破旧与创新。灾区学校重建需要针对现实的困难与挑战,在深刻反思学校与社区、学校与政府和市场、多元文化与学校文化建设等基本理论问题的基础上,形成灾区学校重建的基本思路:充分发挥政府职能,允许市场有限介入;重构学校与社区关系,统筹学校重建与社区重建;创新工作机制,整合各种社会力量;融合现代教育理念,提升学校文化内涵。
School reconstruction in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken area is not simple repair and restoration, but the optimization and upgrading based on what has already been achieved, and destroying the old and innovation based on profound reflection. School reconstruction in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas needs to aim at the realistic difficulties and challenges, and form the following basic trail of thought of school reconstruction in earthquake-stricken areas: to give full play to governmental functions and allow market to intervene with limitation; to reconstruct the relationship between school and community; to plan school reconstruction and community reconstruction as a whole; to bring forth new ideas to working mechanism and integrate various social forces; to syncretize modern educational concepts and upgrade the connotation of school culture, based on the profound reflection on education and life, school and community, school and govemment and market, muhiculturalism and school culture construction, etc.
