摘要
以521名大学生为被试,采用结构方程建模技术构建了大学生创业人格特质、创业社会资源、创业先前知识、创业认知与创业意向的关系模型,并对大学生创业意向进行测试,结果表明:创业自我认知是人格特质、社会资源和先前知识影响创业意向的中介变量。此外,一年级学生在创业意向各因素上得分显著高于其他各年级学生,四年级学生在各因素上得分显著低于其他各年级;接受过创业课程的学生在各因素上得分显著高于未接受过创业课程的学生;有过创业经历的学生在各因素上得分显著高于没有创业经历的学生。大学生创业意向影响因素研究结果为高校创业教育提供有效依据,为决策机构制定大学生创业政策提供依据,并提供了评估大学生创业意向水平的工具。
With 521 university students being tested, adopting the modeling technology of structural equation, we constructed the relationship model featuring university students' entrepreneurship personality traits, entrepreneur social resources, entrepreneurship prior knowledge, and entrepreneurship cognition and entrepreneurship intention. To measure the university students' intention of enterpreneurship, the results show that entrepreneur self-cognition is the medieval variables that influence the personality traits, social resources and prior knowledge in the course of entrepreneurship intention. In addition, the freshmen have got notably higher scores in the factors of entrepreneurship intention than the other grades of students; the senior students have got notably lower scores than the other grades of students; the students who have received entrepreneurship curriculum have got notably higher scores than those who haven't received that; the students with experiences of starting an undertaking have got notably higher scores than those without that experiences. The research results of influencing factors of university's intention of starting an undertaking have offered effective basis for university entrepreneurship education, and decision-making institutions to formulate university students' entrepreneurship policy, as well as the tool for evaluating the level of entrepreneurship intention of university students.
