脑血管病患者介入术后应用动脉压迫止血器的护理

Clinical application of YM-GU-1229 arteria constricting hemostat after interventional treatment of cerebrovascular disease and relative nursing care

探讨脑血管病患者介入术后应用动脉压迫止血器的护理方法。选择接受经皮股动脉穿刺脑血管病介入治疗后应用YM-GU-1229型动脉压迫止血器的患者50例,观察止血操作及制动时间,并观察患者不适情况及不良反应。结果显示,应用动脉压迫止血器术后止血操作及制动时间分别为(2.21±0.62)min和(11.78±2.16)min。患者术后不适症状的发生率较低。

The paper introduced the application of YM-GU-1229 arteria constricting hemostat after interventional treatment of cerebrovascular disease. Total 50 patients undergoing interventional treatment of cerebrovascular disease through femoral artery puncture adopted the arteria constricting hemostat to stop bleeding. The operation of stopping bleeding,time of restrain,situations of comfort and relative adverse effects were observed. The time of operation of stopping bleeding and restrain were 2.21±0.62 minutes and 11.78±2.16 minutes respectively. The incidence of comfortlessness and the relevant adverse effects were low.
