According to the idea to establishing virtual clinical nursing groups, we did a pilot practice on constructiori of virtual clinical nursing groups, running mode and management. The virtual clinical nursing groups were built based on special nursing skills and in charge by the chiefs. As a result, construction of virtual nursing groups could optimize the allocation of human resources, promote the professional training and special nursing techniques, and improve the nursing quality. Furthermore, it could lay a foundation for the specialized nursing.
