Bone Morphogenetic Protein and Cancer Metastasis

摘要 胚性通路被认为影响着肿瘤干细胞的生存及复杂微环境的形成,进而促进肿瘤发生发展。全文重点介绍胚性通路中的代表骨形成蛋白(bone morphogenetic protein,BMP)以及其在肿瘤转移调节中的作用。
