健择联合顺铂治疗蒽环类和(或)紫杉类化疗后复发性乳腺癌34例

Gemcitabine Plus Cisplatin for Treatment of 34 Cases with Recurrent Breast Cancer after Anthracycines and/or Taxanes Chemotherapy

摘要 [目的]探讨健择联合顺铂治疗蒽环类和(或)紫杉类化疗后的复发性乳腺癌。[方法]34例经蒽环类和(或)紫杉类化疗后的复发性乳腺癌患者,采用健择1000mg/m2,第1d、8d静脉滴注;顺铂80mg/m2,第8d静脉滴注,3～4周为1个疗程。所有病例均化疗4个疗程以上。[结果]完全缓解(CR)2例,部分缓解(PR)14例,有效率47.06%(16/34)。主要毒副反应为白细胞及血小板减少。[结论]健择联合顺铂治疗蒽环类和(或)紫杉类耐药复发性乳腺癌疗效高,毒副反应可耐受。
