摘要
目的:建立二硫化碳解吸-毛细管气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中16种有毒物质的方法。方法:采用活性炭管吸附和二硫化碳解吸,经HP-FFAP(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)毛细管色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测,气相色谱法测定。结果:16种有毒物质的分离效果好,丙酮、四氯化碳、丁酮、二氯甲烷、苯、甲基异丁基甲酮、三氯甲烷、甲苯、1,2-二氯乙烷、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯、环己酮、联苯的线性范围分别为79.0-1264.0,159.4-2550.4,40.3-644.8,132.6-2121.6,22.0-351.2,40.0-638.2,296.6-4746.4,21.7-346.4,31.3-500.8,21.7-347.2,21.6-344.8,21.6-345.6,22.0-352.0,22.7-362.4,72.5-1160.0,11.3-180.8μg/ml,回收率为89.4%-102.0%,峰面积的相对标准偏差为0.38%-2.7%。结论:该方法适合工作场所空气中16种有毒物质的同时测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determining 16 kinds of toxicants in the air of workplace with the capillary gas chromatography of carbon disulphide desorption. Methods : Cleaning CS2 by the adsorption of activated carbon, FID detector, separating by HP - FFAP column and determinating by gas chromatography. Results: The 16 kinds of toxicants were separated well. The linear ranges of acetone, carbontetrachloride, butanone, dichloromethanl, benzene, methyl isobutyl ketone ( MIBK), tri- chloromethane, toluene, 1.2 - dichloroethane, ethyl benzene, p. m. o - xylenestyenl, styrene, cyclohexanone and biphenyl were 79.0 - 1264. 0,159.4 -2550.4,40. 3 - 644. 8,132. 6 -2121.6,22.0 - 351.2,40. 0 -638.2,296. 6 -4746. 4,21.7 -346.4,31.3 - 500. 8,21.7 - 347.2,21.6 - 344. 8,21.6 N 345.6,22.0 N 352.0,22.7 - 362.4,72. 5 - 1160.0,11.3 - 180. 8 μg/ml. The rate of recovery were 89.4% - 102. 0% and RSD of apex area were 0. 38% -2. 7%. Conclusion:The method is applicable in simul- taneously determining the 16 kinds of toxicants in workplace air.
