摘要
目的:建立简便快速的还原型维生素C测定方法。方法:利用还原型维生素C还原NBT为蓝色化合物,在CPB水溶液形成胶束增溶作用下,提高检测方法的灵敏度,检测波长650 nm。结果:还原型维生素C浓度在5-100μg/ml范围内与吸光度具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),回收率在95%-102%之间,RSD为2.17%。结论:该法操作简便,显色灵敏,稳定性好,结果准确,适用于还原型维生素C的测定。
Obectives: To investigate one convenient and quick assay method of reduction -type vitamin C. Methods: The method that the content of reduction - type type vitamin C is determined with Micellar Solubilizing Spectrophotometry is introduced. It is based on the NBT being reduced to blue compound by reduction - type vitamin C. The sensitivity of this method is improved by Micellar Solubilizing of the CPB solution. The maximum of absorption wave length and the optimum technical conditions are determined in the experiment. There is a strong absorption at 650 nm. Results: A liner relationship was observed in the range of 5 - 100 μg/ml (r = 0. 9994). The coefficient of variation is less 2.71%. The recovery is 95% -102%. Conclusion:The method is proper for determination of reduction - type vitamin C because of its simplicity, sensitivity, stability and accuracy.
