摘要
目的:探索利用ATP生物发光技术测定生乳中细菌量的可行性。方法:利用生物发光技术测定细菌中ATP量,根据细菌中ATP量与细菌数成正比这一原理,推算出生乳中菌落总数,与国标平皿计数法进行对比,分析两者之间的相关性。结果:检测结果与传统国标法有很好的相关性(r2=0.9334,y=0.6901x+0.6505)。结论:ATP生物发光技术具有准确、便利等优点,可用于生乳中细菌的快速检测。
Objective:To investigate the feasibility of ATP biol technique as a rapid detection method for the bacteria in crude milk. Methods: The quantity of ATP in bacterium was measured by bioluminescence technique. According to the relation of direct proportion between the quantity of ATP in bacterium and the quantity of bacterium, we can calculate total number of bacterial colony in crude milk. And the results were compared with those obtained by using standard plate counting method. Results:There was very good relativity between measuring results of ATP bioluminescence technique and standard plate counting method. Conclusion: The ATP bioluminescence technique for the quantitative measurement of bacteria in crude milk is of accurate and convenient feature and can be applied as a rapid detection method for crude milk bacteria
