摘要
目的:评价某品牌山花茶的毒性作用。方法:小鼠急性毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、大鼠30 d喂养试验。结果:此品牌山花茶经小鼠急性毒性试验,最大耐受剂量大于15 g/kg.bw,属无毒物质;Ames试验、微核试验和精子畸形试验结果均为阴性;大鼠30 d喂养试验结果显示该样品30 d喂养对大鼠各项观察指标未见毒性作用。结论:在本次实验条件下,此山花茶为无毒物质,未显示有遗传毒性作用和亚急性毒性作用。
Objective:To study the toxicity of wild flower tea. Methods:Acute oral toxicity testing in mice, Ames test, micronucleus test of bone marrow PCE cell in mice, sperm shape abnormality test of mice and thirty days feeding study were performed. Results:The wild flower tea was a substance with no toxicity according to the acute toxicity( MTD 〉 15 g/kgBW). The results of genetic toxicity test were all negative,including Ames test, micronucleas test and sperm shape abnormality test. The result of thirty days feeding study was also negative. Conclusion:The wild flower tea is a substance with no toxicity and has no genetic toxicity and subacute toxicity in this test.
