20F标准通道经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗结石的临床应用体会(附38例报告)

The Clinical Experiences from Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL) with 20F Standard Sheath Treatment Nephroliths

目的:探讨20F标准通道经皮肾经碎石取石术(PCNL)治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效和安全性。方法:对38例接受20F标准通道经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗复杂性肾结石患者的资料进行回顾分析。结果:38例患者中34例成功施行一期取石,4例二期取石,一次清石率达88.3%,术后无严重的并发症。结论:20F标准通道的PCNL具有损伤小,手术时间短,结石清除率高,并发症少等优点,是治疗复杂性肾结石的理想的微创治疗方法。

Objectives： To explore the efficiency and safety about Percutaneous nephrolithotomy （PCNL） with 20 F standard sheath treatment complicated nephroliths.Methods：retrospective analysis the 38 cases about PCNL with 20 F standard sheath treatment complicated nephroliths.Results：34 cases success in removing the calculus in the first time, 4 cases removed them in the second time,no serious complications happens after sttrgerys,once removed calculus rate surpasses 88.3 percent.Conclusion： PCNL with 20 F standard sheath has the advantages of slight wound,high efficiency and removed calculus rate,few complications,and so on. mini-percutaneous nephrotithotomy is an perfect treatment complicated nephroliths.
