Small Window of Bone Craniotomy Microsurgery Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨小骨窗开颅显微外科治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法:超早期7小时内应用小骨窗开颅显微外科治疗58例高血压脑出血患者。结果:临床治疗58例。均在术后第一天复查头颅CT,血肿清除率在80%以上,有3例再出血,3例死亡,术后半年采用ADL(日常生活能力)分级法,Ⅰ级13例,Ⅱ级16例,Ⅲ级17例,Ⅳ级8例,V级1例。结论:超早期小骨窗开颅显微外科治疗高血压脑出血疗效满意。明显提高患者生存质量,是一种安全、有效的微创手术。

Results： Results of the clinical treatment of 58 cases, all in the head after the first day of the review of CT. hematoma clearance rate in more than 80%. 3 cases of rebleeding, 3 deaths, six months after adoption of ADL （activities of daily living） classification. Ⅰ level 13 cases. Ⅱ level of 16 cases, Ⅲ level of 17 cases, Ⅳ 8 cases. Ⅴ level 1. Conclusions： Conclusions of the ultra-early craniotomy small window of bone micro-surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage satisfaction with the improved quality of life of patients is a safe and effective minimally invasive surgery.
