胸壁结核的外科治疗体会(附47例临床分析)

Surgical Treatment Experience of The Chestwall Tuberculosis(Clinical Analysis of 47 Cases)

目的:探讨胸壁结核的外科治疗。方法:对外科手术治疗的47例胸壁结核进行回顾性分析。结果:47例中45例一次性手术治愈,2例患者切口部位复发,均经再次手术痊愈。结论:规则的抗痨治疗,充分的术前准备,彻底清除病灶,消灭残腔,加压包扎是避免或减少术后复发的重要措施。

Objective： To investigate the surgical treatment of chest wall tuberculosis. Methods： The surgical treatment of 47 cases of chest wall tuberculosis were analyzed retrospectively.Results： 47 cases of surgery in 45 cases of one-time cure, two cases of patients with incision site of relapse, re-operation have been cured. Conclusion： the rules of anti-tuberculosis treatment, adequate preoperative preparation and thorough removal of lesions, eradication of residual cavity, pressure dressings are to avoid or reduce postoperative recurrence of important measures.
