摘要
目的:介绍一种治疗外伤性脑积水的治疗方式。方法:经枕角置管放入额角-腹腔分流治疗外伤性脑积水80例。结果:识改善56例,GCS评分有改善,20例术后病情无变化,GCS评分无改善.4例分流管阻塞。结论:枕角置管放入额角-腹腔分流术,前最常用、操作方便、疗效肯定的方法之一。
objective： To discuss application of v-p shunt operation to treat traumatic hydrocephalus. Methods：In a series of 80 patients with traumatic hydrocephalus v-p shunt operation via occipital burrhole was applied. Results： After operation GCS scores progressed in 56 patients ; GCS scores did not change in 20 patients：shunt tube was occluded in 4 patients Conclusions： v-p shunt operation （via occipital burrhole） is an effective and concise manner to treat traumatic hydrocephalus .
