Emergency Medical Treatment Ultrasound Diagnosis in Closed Abdomen Damage Application

目的:探讨超声检查在腹部闭合性损伤中的应用价值,寻找急诊超声诊断规律,提高诊断水平。方法:总结我院6年来急诊超声诊断并经临床治疗和手术证实的103例闭合性腹部损伤患者资料,并对其声像图进行回顾性分析。结果:腹部闭合性损伤类型较多,声像图多种多样,但有其共同特征,超声检查对实质性脏器破裂和腹腔积液的准确性较高。本组诊断准确率为93.2%。结论:掌握超声检查腹部闭合性损伤的声像图共同特征,在急诊诊断及治疗选择具有重要价值。
