摘要
研制了一种阀片式可变涡流进气管,采用嵌入该结构的1.4 L汽油机三维模型,分析了汽油机可变涡流进气管对进气流通特性和缸内涡流特性的影响.计算结果表明,该结构可以对缸内涡流运动强度进行调节,能够使进气终了涡流比最大达到1.8;随着涡流强度增大,流量系数减小,满足了发动机不同工况对于流量系数和涡流运动的要求.经过稳流试验验证,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好.
This paper developed a new design of variable swirl intake manifolds with throttle-slices. Using a 3D model with this device inset, the effects of variable swirl intake manifolds of a gasoline engine on intake flow characteristics and in-cylinder swirl characteristics were analyzed. The simulation results show that swirl intensity in cylinder can be tuned by this device, and that the maximum swirl ratio at the end of induction stroke reaches above 1.8. Flow coefficient decreases gradually with the increase of swirl intensity, and the requirements for flow coefficient and swirl in different operation conditions of the engine are met. The calculation results are in good agreement with the steady flow test results.
