摘要
目的:研究2-(3-羧基-1-丙酰氨基)2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖(COPADG)对食管癌裸鼠的抗肿瘤作用。方法:建立人食管癌裸鼠植瘤模型,随机分为对照组、COPADG组、氟尿嘧啶组(5-FU)和联合组(CF)。观察动物一般情况、体重、肿瘤质量和肿瘤体大小,计算抑瘤率,检测外周血细胞(PBC)和。结果: COPADG组、CF组和5-FU组肿瘤生长明显受到抑制,与对照组比较有显性差异(P<0.01),抑制率分别为54.16%、73.91%、38.78%。5-FU组和CF组PBC均减少、ALT和AST上升,与对照组、COPAI组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),CF组较轻微,与5-FU组比较差异有显著性;对照组和COPADG组比较差异无显著性。结论COPADG有抑制食管癌裸鼠肿瘤生长的作用,且无明显毒副作用。
Objective:To Study on the inhibitory effect of 2-[(3-carbOXy-1-OXopropyl)amino]-2-deOXy-D-glucose on esophageal carcinoma in nude mice. Methods: The model of esophageal carcinoma in nude mice was established. Experimental group was deal by COPADG and COPADG+5-FU and control group was deal by 0.9%Nacl. The growth and weight of the mice and the weight and cubage of the tumor tissue were observed and measured. Then the growth inhibition rates of tumor were calculated. The WBC and RBC and PLT were cotmted on peripheral blood of the mice. Results: The growth of tumors in COPADG and COPADG+5-FU and 5-FU group were obviously suppressed, which had some significant difference compared with control group (P〈0.01). The growth inhibition rates of ttttnor was 54.16% and 73.91% and 38,78%.The WBC and RBC and PLT were reduced on 5-FU and COPADG+5-FU group, which had some significant difference compared with control and COPADG group (P〈0.05),but COPADG group had not significant difference compared with control group.Conclusions: COPADG has significant inhibitory and has not poison and side effect on esophageal carcinoma in vivo of the nude mice. They have more significant inhibitory effect when COPADG associate with 5-FU.
