HPLC法测定妇科消炎栓中磺胺嘧啶含量

Determination of Sulfadiazine in Fukexiaoyan Shuan

目的:建立妇科消炎栓中磺胺嘧啶的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定磺胺嘧啶的含量,流动相为0.05mol·L(-1)磷酸二氢钾:甲醇(60:40),选定268nm为测定波长,用外标法计算含量。结果:磺胺嘧啶在浓度为8～40ug·(ml)(-1)内线形良好,线形方程为A=0.7659C-0.05228,r=0.9999。结论:本方法操作简便、快速、结果准确、精密度高。

Objective： To establish HPLC mefhod for determination of sulfadiazine in Fukexiaoyan Shuanl Methods： Use RP-HPLC methed , Mobile phase of 0.05mol·L^-1 Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate-methylalcohole（60：40）at the flow rate of 1 ml·min^-1 and the wavelength was detected at 268nm： Results： In this condition there was a good linear relationship over the concentration range of 8-40ug·ml^-1 for sulfadiazine. Conclusion： This method is simple and aecurate,it could be applied to the determination of quality control.
