摘要
结合泰和变的优化设计,在分析变电工程特点的基础上,提出在变电工程规划决策中采用全寿命周期成本(life cycle costs,LCC)最小的分析思路来选择主变台数、主变容量、建设时序等,追求在全寿命周期内整体系统成本最低;指出应根据地方经济、负荷特点、电网结构合理选择变电工程的全寿命期,并应加强各级电网长期规划研究(至少应达到20a),并不断滚动修正,为采用LCC方法进行变电工程规划决策的分析研究提供基础数据。
During the optimal design of Taihe substation, on the basis of analyzing the features of power transformation engineering it is proposed to choose the number of main transformers, their capacities and construction sequence by the thinking of minimum life cycle cost to seek the lowest cost in the whole life cycle of the system. It is pointed out that the life cycle of power transformation engineering should be reasonably determined according to provincial economy, load property and power network structure and so on, besides the research on long-term planning of power networks at all levels should be strengthened, at least the term should be not less than 20 years, and the continuous rotational correction of the planning is necessary to offer basic data for the analysis and research on decision-making of power transformation planning to which the life cycle cost is adopted.
