摘要
本文在实体造型系统上建立了CDZ55消防车整车三维实体模型，并进行了装配干涉检查及运动仿真，在样机试制前，对发现的问题及时进行了修改，减少了新产品研制中的不必要浪费，提高了产品的可靠性，并大大加快了研制进度。另外，有了产品的三维模型，可以很方便进行产品系列化设计、有限元分析、二维绘图等。为企业从二维设计（绘图）转向三维设计做了有益的探索。
<Abstruct> This paper discribes the process of making 3D solid model for CDZ55 fire vehicle on the system of solid model,doing interference checks for the assembly and motion simulation. Before the productor is made, correct the errorfound immediately, reducing the cost and time of new product development and production, raising reliability ofproduct. And with the 3D solid model, we can do series of the product design expediently
