摘要
木材热处理是当前木材改性的发展方向。木材经热处理后,其平衡含水率下降,耐久性及尺寸稳定性增加,但力学强度有所下降,在很大程度上限制了热处理木材的应用范围。采用先经三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂(MUF)浸渍,再进行热处理的工艺,不但处理材的尺寸稳定性改善,而且其力学强度与素材相比无降低,甚至略有提高。
Heat treatment of wood under about 200 ℃ for a short period of time is a commonly used method to improve its durability and dimensional stability. However, the mechanical strength of wood after heat treatment usually decreases and the loss of strength has a negative effect on the application of heat-treated wood. To compensate for the strength loss, the authors impregnated melamine urea-formaldehyde resin into wood before the heat treatment. The results showed that this combined treatment (resin impregnation and heat treatment) not only improved wood dimensional stability and durability, but also prevented the loss of mechanical strength.
