摘要 为了有效开发利用棉秆资源,测定了不同直径、不同离地高度、不同蒸煮温度及不同含水率棉秆的横纹抗压强度和结构组成,结果表明:棉秆的表皮所占质量比为22.77%~36.57%,木质部为56.72%~77.02%,髓芯为0.14%~6.7%;测得棉秆的横纹抗压强度在11.69~3.15MPa之间,并随着直径的增加而增大,随着离地高度、蒸煮温度和含水率的增加而减小。这一结果为棉秆碾压梳解机的设计提供了基础数据。 In order to develop the use of the cotton stalk resources efficiently, this article has determined the compressive strength to the grain of the cotton stalk in different diameter, different height above terrain, different steam boiling temperature and different moisture content, and its structure composition, finally indicated : The epidermis of cotton stalk occupies the mass ratio is 22.77% - 36.57% , the xylem is 56.72% - 77.02% , the marrow core is 0.14% - 6.7% ; The compressive strength to the grain of the eotton stalk is between 11.69Mpa - 3.15MPa, increases along with the increase of the diameter, reduces along with the increase of the height above terrain, the steam boiling temperature and the moisture content. This article provides the basis data for the design of cotton stalk rolling and combing machine.
