摘要
目的:观察半导体激光治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组33例,2组同时给予泛昔洛韦片250mg Potid,共7天;VitB1100mg和VitB12500μg im qd,7d为1疗程,根据病情可酌情使用,治疗组加用半导体激光照射神经根和疼痛最明显区域。结果:治疗组痊愈率97.14%,对照组痊愈率78.78%,痊愈牢差肄有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:半导体激光治疗机治疗可降低带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生,可作为治疗的辅助方法。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the semiconductor laser for the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods: 68 patients with herpes zoster were divided into two groups: therapy group(35 cases) and control group (33 cases). Patients in control group were treated only by Aeyclovir 250mg tid for 7 days. Therapy group were treated with Acyelovir( 250mg tid for 7 days) and VitB1100mg and VitB12500μg im qd, combined with semiconductor laser,irradiated on the region of nerve root. Results: The curative efficacy of the semieonductor laser combined with Acyclovir was 97. 14% ,significantly better than 78.78% of control group(P 〈0.05 ). Conclusions: Treatment of semiconductor laser can reduce the probability of occurrence of neuralgia in herpes zoster patients. Treatment of semiconductor laser is a useful adjunctive therapy for herpes zoster.
