半导体激光治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

Effect Estimation of Semiconductor Laser on Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的:观察半导体激光治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组33例,2组同时给予泛昔洛韦片250mg Potid,共7天;VitB1100mg和VitB12500μg im qd,7d为1疗程,根据病情可酌情使用,治疗组加用半导体激光照射神经根和疼痛最明显区域。结果:治疗组痊愈率97.14%,对照组痊愈率78.78%,痊愈牢差肄有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:半导体激光治疗机治疗可降低带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生,可作为治疗的辅助方法。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the semiconductor laser for the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods： 68 patients with herpes zoster were divided into two groups： therapy group（35 cases） and control group （33 cases）. Patients in control group were treated only by Aeyclovir 250mg tid for 7 days. Therapy group were treated with Acyelovir（ 250mg tid for 7 days） and VitB1100mg and VitB12500μg im qd, combined with semiconductor laser,irradiated on the region of nerve root. Results： The curative efficacy of the semieonductor laser combined with Acyclovir was 97. 14% ,significantly better than 78.78% of control group（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusions： Treatment of semiconductor laser can reduce the probability of occurrence of neuralgia in herpes zoster patients. Treatment of semiconductor laser is a useful adjunctive therapy for herpes zoster.
