摘要
房颤是心脏术后常见的并发症之一，冠状动脉旁路移植术后发生率高达30％，二尖瓣置换术后发生率高达40％。房颤虽然属于良性心律失常，但是房颤可增加脑血管意外及各种并发症的发生率，加重慢性心力衰竭，延长住院时间，增加住院费用。目前很多资料已证实β-受体阻滞剂及胺碘酮能降低心脏术后房颤的发生率，同时，越来越多的资料提示氧化应激和炎症与心脏术后房颤相关，这就为心脏术后房颤的防治提供了新的思路。下面就从阻断氧化应激和炎症这两方面对心脏术后房颤的防治新进展做一综述。
