腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠46例临床分析

目的:评价腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床价值。方法:对46例异位妊娠病人行腹腔镜手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:46例异位妊娠病人中行输卵管切除术28例(60.9%),开窗术16例(34.8%),卵巢部分切除术2例(4.3%)。术后住院3～5d,无其他并发症。术后随访,16例保留输卵管的术后复查血HCG均降至正常。结论:腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠有盆腹腔干扰少,术中出血少,术后恢复快,疼痛轻,肠蠕动恢复快,住院时间短等优点,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective：The appraisal peritonenscope surgery treats the extrauterine pregnancy the clinical value. Methods： The clinical material which treats to 46 example extrauterine pregnancy patient good peritoneoscope surgery carries on the review analysis. Results： in 46 example extrauterine pregnancy patient good oviduct excision method 28 examples （60.9 % ） , windowing 16 examples （34. 8 % ）, ovary partial excision method 2 examples（4. 3% ）. After the technique,is hospitalized 3 - 5d ,does not have other complications. After the technique makes a follow-up visit, after 16 examples retain oviduct＇s technique, reexamines blood HCG to drop to normally. Conclusions： The peritoneoscope treatment extrauterine pregnancy has the trough abdominal cavity to disturb few, in the technique bleeds few, after the technique, restores quickly, the ache is light, the intestines creeping motion restores quickly,in hospital time short and so on merits, has the good clinical practice value.
