摘要
目的:观察Vitapex治疗慢性根尖周病临床疗效。方法:将90例120颗慢性根尖周炎的患牙按分层随机法分为两组,每组60颗患牙,对A组(实验组)患牙使用Vitapex糊剂;B组(对照组)采用氧化锌丁香油糊剂。根据临床效果及根尖片综合分析,追踪一年。观察Vitapex治疗慢性根尖周病临床疗效。结果:实验组与对照组相比:A组有效率91.67%B组有效率75%经x^2检验:x^2=4.53,P<0.05。结论:Vitapex有较好的疗效,操作简便,是一种理想的治疗慢性根尖周炎的药物。
Objective：we observe the clinical effects of treating chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods： 120 teeth among 90 cases of chronic periapical periodontitis were chosen into two groups randomly. Group A （test group） was used with Vitapex paste and group B （contrast group） was used with zinc oxide-eugenol paste （ZOE）. Clinical effects were observed according to clinical representation of the patients and the display of X-rays. Results ： contrasting test group to contrast group, the ratio of efficiency in group A was 91.67 % and that in group B was 75 %. Tested by χ^2 , χ^2 = 4.53 P 〈 0. 05, Conclusions ： Because Vitapex has some advantages of a good medical effect and a simple method,it is a ideal medication of treating chronic periapical periodontitis.
