穿心莲内酯肌注联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿手足口病80例疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of 80 Cases of Xiyanping Injection with Interferon Aerosol Inhalation Spray Inhalation to Cure Infantile Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

目的:观察喜炎平肌注联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿手足口病的疗效。方法:将80例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。治疗组给予喜炎平肌注及干扰素雾化吸入治疗,对照组给予病毒唑治疗,观察临床表现并进行分析。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为95%和75%,治疗组比对照组病程短。结论:喜炎平肌注与干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿手足口病可缩短病程,疗效明确。

Objective：To observe curative effects of Xiyanping injection with interferon aerosel inhalation spray inhalation to cure infantile hand -foot -mouth disease. Methods： To group 80 children patients with hand -foot -mouth disease into the Treatment Team of 40 cases and the Control Group of 40 cases at random. The Treatment Team received Xiyanping injection with interferon aerosol inhalation spray inhalation, while the Control Group received Ribavirin treatment, the clinical effects of which were both observed and analyzed. Results： Effective rates of the Treatment Team and Control Team were 95% and 75% respectively,and disease duration of the Treatment Team was shorter than that of the Control Team. Conclusions： Xiyanping injection with interferon aerosol inhalation spray inhalation to cure infantile hand - foot - mouth disease can shorten disease duration and the curative effect is definite.
