摘要
目的:了解铜绿假单胞菌在我院的耐药情况,为指导临床第一线合理用药提供科学数据。方法:对我院2006年7月~2008年6月两年间从实验室中分离出的96株铜绿假单胞菌耐药性及其耐药趋势进行回顾性分柝。结果:两年间分离出的96株铜绿假单胞菌,其对11种抗菌药物活性较好的是亚胺培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦和阿米卡星,其耐药率分别为3.1%、12.5%、13.5%;耐药率最高的是氨曲南(88.5%),其次为哌拉西林(41.7%)。而96株的铜绿假单胞菌分离,以呼吸道的分离率最高,为67.7%;其次为分泌物,占21.9%;泌尿系分离率最低,仅占10.4%。结论:本院监测结果显示铜绿假单胞菌对碳青霉烯类、氨基糖苷类、β-内酰胺酶抑制剂复合药物有较好的敏感性,但第三代头孢菌素的耐药率则高于国家细菌耐药监测研究组(BRSSG)2001年、2002年的统计结果,因此有必要加强对铜绿假单胞菌耐药率的监测。
Objective:To study of pseudomonas aeruginosa drug resistance in our hospital, To provide scientific data for the clinical on rational drug use. Methods: the laboratory to isolate 96 of P. aeruginosa and its resistance trend of drug resistance were analyzed retrospectively from two years of July 2006 to June 2008. Results : two years of the 96 isolated Psoudomonas aeruginesa and its activity in 11 kinds of antibacterials are hetter for imipenem, ecfoperazone / sulbactam and amikaein, the resistance rate were 3.1%, 12, 5% and 13.5 % ,respectively; the highest rate of drug resistance were aztreonam (88.5%) ,followed by piperacillin (41.7%). And 96 isolated Pseudomonas aeruginesa to separat of the highest rate was respiratory tract (67.7%) ;followed by secretion(21.9% ) ;separation of the lowest rates for the urinary tract( 10. 4% ). Conclusions:The results showed that our monitoring of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to earbapenems, aminoglyeosides and β-lactamase inhibitor compound drugs have better sensitivity., but the third-generation eephalosporin resistance rate was higher than the statistical results of the National Study Group Bacterial Resistance Monitoring (BRSSG) in 2001 and 2002, it is necessary to strenngthen of the resistance rate for pseudomonas aeruginosa monitoring.
