Effect of Denuding and Undenuding the Sugarcoat on The Determination of Berberine in Sanhuang Tablets

目的:研究糖衣对测定三黄片中盐酸小檗碱含量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行测定。结果:剥糖衣与否对测定三黄片中盐酸小檗碱含量无明显影响。结论:对三黄片中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定可不除去糖衣。

Objective： To study the effect of sugarcoat on the determination of berberine in sanhuang tablets. Method ： The eontent of berberine in sanhuang tablets was tested by HPLC. Result ： The sugarcoat had no effect on the determination of berberine in sanhuang tablets. Conclusions： The content of berberine in sanhuang tablets can be tested without denuding the sugarcoat.
