摘要
本文介绍了台湾地区的电力需求侧管理策略,并针对现行的管理策略(需量反应)介绍了冷水机组的卸载控制系统,以实现对冷水机组的优化卸载,降低尖峰负载,达到节约能源的目的。本文对于电力需求侧管理策略在国内的推行和节能减排目标的实现有较大的借鉴意义。
The paper presents an overview of demand-side management in Taiwan. The load shedding system of water chilling unit based on the existing management strategy(demand response) in order to reduce the peak load and conserve the energy is also introduced. This load-shedding program has significant influences on the application of the DSM program for Power Company in China and the realization of energy saving and emission reduction.
