近终形异型连铸坯中大型夹杂物行为研究

摘要 研究了采用半敞开方式浇铸的H型钢中大型夹杂物类型、数量、以及尺寸的情况,并通过示踪剂追踪分析了钢中夹杂物的来源。结果表明:铸坯中大型夹杂物主要有六类复合夹杂物,分别为SiO2-CaO-MnS-Al2O3类,SiO2-CaO-Al2O3类,CaO-CaS类,SiO2-CaO-MnO-MgO-Al2O3类,SiO2类,SiO2-Al2O3类等。在稳态浇注条件下,铸坯中大型夹杂物质量含量为78.75mg/10kg,非稳态浇铸下的铸坯内大型夹杂物的平均含量为130.09mg/10kg,铸坯中非金属夹杂物含量较高。 The paper researched the magnitude, distribution and characteristic of Non - metallic Inclusions in beam blanks via systemic sampling and adopting metallographic analysis and SEM/EDS, and analyzed the origin of inclusions in beam blanks through method of tracer. Result of the research shows : the macro inclusion is main to have six types of compound admixture ,respectively is the type of SiO2 - CaO - MnS - Al2O3 ,the type of SiO2 - CaO - Al2O3 ,the type of CaO - CaS, the type of SiO2 - CaO - MnO - MgO - Al2O3, the type of SiO2, the type of SiO2 - Al2O3 etc. Under the condition of the steady state cast, the quality content of macro inclusion is 78.75mg/10kg. Under the condition of non -steady state cast,the average content of macro -inclusion is 130.09 mg/10kg,the content of non -mental admixture in beam blanks is higher.
