张峰水库大坝原灌浆廊道裂缝处理生产性试验

摘要 张峰水库大坝原灌浆廊道裂缝处理的生产性试验表明试验采用的方法是有效的,能满足裂缝处理的设计要求。特别是混凝土表面裂缝使用聚氨酯直接进行封堵的工艺,避免了对墙壁的破坏,封堵效果好,进度加快。从技术方案上保证了施工的顺利进行。 The productive test to treat cracks in original grouting gallery under the dam of Zhangfeng Reservoir indicates that the method adopted in test is effective, and can meet the design demand to treat cracks. Especially, by using this crack-stopping technique, in which the polyurethane is directly used to treat surface cracks of concrete,the destruction of gallery wall can be avoided, the stopping effect is good, and the construction progress is quick-ened. Possessing this technique plan as assurances, the construction can proceed with smooth progress.
