摘要
吕梁市征收水资源费从1984年起实行,通过调查,得出了征收概况、条件、存在的主要问题,着重提出了政策性调整的征费建议,为促进节水型社会建设提供了理论基础。
Luliang City has been levying water resources fee from 1984. In this paper, by means of investigation the levying situation, condition and main existing problems are obtained, the suggestions on regulating policy to levy water resources fee are put forward emphatically. All of these suggestions provide theoretical basis to promote the construction of water-saving society.
