渠道蓄水淹草研究与应用

Research and Application of the Water-impounding Technique in Canal for Submerging Weeds

摘要 随着中央对农村改革政策的逐步落实,至2003年各村取消了"义务工"和"积累工",汾河灌区的渠道清淤和养护工作陷入困境。一时间,干、支两级骨干渠道内杂草丛生,输水能力显著降低,跑水、决口现象急剧上升,严重影响了供水生产工作。针对这一问题,经认真研究,积极探索,在三坝灌区内对"渠道蓄水淹草"进行了试验研究和应用推广,取得了良好的效果。实践证明,该办法操作简便、经济实用、节能环保,在类似地区有很好的推广应用价值。 In pace with carrying out the countryside reform policy, the ‘duty labourer' and the ‘accumulation labourer'for water conservancy in every county from 2003 year, had been abolished ,the canal desilting and main-tenance job fall into straitened circumstance, the bottom and side slope of main canals and branch canals were overgrown with weeds, the canal water-transporting capacity outstandingly reduced, the number of times that the canal levee breaked or the water flowed over the canal' s bank rapidly increased. All of these appearances severely held up the water supply job. In view of these problems, the water-impounding technique for submerging weeds has been tested and popularized, and the good effect has been obtained. The practice demonstrates that this tech- nique possesses following advantages: convenient serviceability, economical and practical, energy-saving and environment-protecting, has good application value in similar areas.
