万家寨引黄工程运营后产生了巨大的经济与社会效益,文中对引黄工程可持续运营面临的水价问题进行调查、探讨和分析,并进一步对解决对策进行了探索,尝试性提出相应的经济、行政和法律结合的解决对策。

After the Wanjiazhai Yellow River Delivery Project （YRDP）, has been operated, the huge benefit of e-conomy and society is generates. In the paper, the authors investigate, probe and analyze the problem of water price that faces the Wanjiazhai YRDP in sustainable running, and further discuss the countermeasure to solve this problem, tentatively put forward corresponding countermeasure combined with economy, administration and law.
