摘要
通过对流化床丙烯、氨氧化合成丙烯腈反应机理的分析,结合化学反应工程原理,研究丙烯、氨氧化反应相关参数对合成反应的影响规律,并用于指导生产操作。提出了优化反应工艺参数的调整方向和范围,以提高丙烯腈单收,最大限度地发挥装置的生产效益。
By analysis and study of the fluidized bed reaction mechanism of propylene and ammonia oxidized into acrylonitrile, qualitatively analyzes the influence regularity of relative parameters on synthesis reaction based on chemical reaction engineering princliple, using it to guide production. Presents adjusting direction and range of the optimization of reaction process parameters, to improve acrylonitrile single - pass yield and make full use of the production efficiency of the plant.
