脑创伤性鼠红细胞免疫功能的变化 被引量:2

Changes of erythrocyte immunity function in rats with traumatic brain injury

摘要 目的:探讨创伤性脑损伤(Traumatic brain injury,TBI)大鼠红细胞免疫功能(Erythrocyte immunity function,EIF)的改变及其机制。方法:选取Wistar大鼠70只,随机分成对照组(n=10)与创伤组(n=60),创伤组制备成轻型(n=30)和中重型(n=30)创伤性脑损伤模型,酵母菌花环法检测对照组与创伤组大鼠血液中红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR),放射免疫法测定血清中β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平。结果:与对照组比较,脑创伤大鼠RBC-C3bRR明显下降(P<0.05),RBC-ICR和β-EP均明显升高(P<0.05),中重型创伤组各指标改变较轻型创伤组更明显(P<0.05)。脑创伤大鼠β-EP变化与RBC-C3bRR呈直线负相关(轻型组r=-0.698,P<0.05;中重型组r=-0.744,P<0.05);β-EP变化与RBC-ICR呈直线正相关(轻型组r=0.835,P<0.05;中重型组r=0.729,P<0.05)。结论:大鼠脑创伤后红细胞免疫功能明显下降,其改变与体内β-EP明显升高密切相关。 Objective: To explore the changes and mechanism of Erythrocyte Immunity Function(EIF) in rats with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Methods: Healthy Wistar rats (n=70)were divided into control group (n= 10 )and TBI group (n=60 ), model of TBI were prepared and divided into mild group ( n=30 ) and moderate to severe group (n=30). Red Blood Cell-C3b Receptor Rate ( RBC-C3bRR ) and Red Blood Cell-Immune Complex Rate ( RBC-ICR ) of rats with TBI were measured by methed of yeast fungus and the content of serum -endophin ( β -EP) was tested by radioimmunoassay. Results : Compared with the control group, RBC-C3bRR of rats with TBI decreased significantly while RBC-ICR and β-EP increased significantly(P〈0.05 ).Moreover, the moderate to severe group had more manifest difference than the mild group(P〈0.05 ). β-endorphin was negatively correlated with RBC-C3bRR(r=0.698 ,P〈0.05 )and positively with RBC-ICR(r=0.744, P〈0.05 ) in mild group;and negatively correlated with RBC-C3bRR(r=-0.835, P〈0.05 )and positively with RBC-ICR (r=0.729 ,P〈0.05 )in moderate to severd group. Conclusion: ElF in rats with TBI decreased significantly which demonstrated erythrocyte immune dysfunction was related with increasing of the β -EP.
