摘要 甲醇装置中冷却塔D402因更换填料材质导致腐蚀加剧,分析原因是由于碳钢和不锈钢的不合理搭配造成的,将塔体材料改为不锈钢复合钢板后,投用近6 a来,设备操作稳定,运转良好。 The corrosion inside cooler D402 of methanol plant became more severe after the filler material was replaced. It was shown by analysis the corrosion was caused by irrational matching of carbon steel and stainless steel. The cooler material was then replaced into stainless compound steel plate, Which has operated stably for 6 years and is still in good condition now.
