干扰素对甲型流感病毒感染的JEC细胞增殖的影响

Effects of IFN-α2a on proliferation in JEC infected with influenza A virus

目的探讨干扰素-α2a(IFN-α2a)对甲型流感病毒post-infected感染的JEC细胞增殖的影响。方法采用不同浓度的IFN-α2a作用于H3N2感染0、1、4h的JEC细胞,用MTT比色法在病毒感染后24h进行检测。结果IFN-α2a作用于病毒感染0h、1h后的JEC组OD值升高,而病毒感染4h后的JEC组的OD值却降低。结论IFN-α2a可促进流感病毒H3N2感染初期JEC的增殖,但却抑制感染后期JEC的生长。

Objective To observe the effcts of IFN-α2a on JEC＇s proliferation infected with H3N2.Methods To test the effects of different concentrations of IFN-α2a on JEC cells at 0,1,4h post-infected by MTr assay. Results The absorbency increase after dealing with the different concentrations of IFN-α2a on JEC at 0,1h post-infected,while the value decrease at the group of 4h post-infected.Conclusions IFN-α2a can stimulate the proliferation of JEC infected with H3N2 at the early stage besides of inhibiting the growth of it at the later stage.
