天然植物油琥珀酸淀粉酯的制备研究 被引量:1

摘要 以玉米淀粉和天然蓖麻油为原料,制得一种环烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯;研究了各反应参数对取代度的影响,并以取代度为指标,通过正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件:反应温度175℃,催化剂用量为反应物的4%,酯化剂用量为淀粉干基的45%,反应时间6 h。同时,使用FT-IR谱图对产物结构进行表征。 A new kind of cyclohexenyl succinic starch ester was prepared with maize starch and natural castor oil as raw materials. The effect of influencing factors on the substitution degree was studied, and with quadratic general rotary ex- periment design the technology conditions were optimized. The obtained optimum technology conditions are as follows: temperature 175℃, catalyst dose 4% of reactant, esterifying agent dose 45 % of starch (dry base), and time 6 h. The structure of the product was confirmed by FF- IR.
